Presentation Meeting of European Culture Programme and Presentation, 24 June 2009, Istanbul

European Culture Programme Presentation meeting took placed in TOBB Plaza in 24 June2009 within the European Council fond. Representatives of NGO’s and local governments that are working on culture participated to the
meeting.
 
Our country is aims to support European Culture Programme, also be a member of it in 2006, and studies covering field of art and culture. This programme based on study of art and movements of artists. For 2007-2013 periods, budget including 400 millions euro is foreseeing to the culture programme.

To make widespread this programme in Turkey, Ministry of Culture and Tourism constituted Cultural Communication Unit.
